Welcome to Vibes Equestrian Centre! We are delighted to offer our agistment services to you and your equine companion. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and harmonious experience for everyone, please carefully review the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By agisting your horse at Vibes Equestrian Centre, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Contract Duration: The standard agistment contract is on a fortnightly basis unless otherwise stated. Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice.
3. Agistment waiver: To be signed by the agistee.

1. Level of Care: Self, Part or of Full care is available, these inclusions are available under the services - Agistment tab. Additional services are available upon request at an extra cost.
2. Health and Welfare: We prioritize the health and welfare of all horses in our care. Regular health checks, including veterinary and farrier services, are mandatory and will be coordinated by the Centre. Costs for these services are the responsibility of the horse owner.

1. Payment Terms: Agistment fees are due in advance by the agreed weekly, fortnightly or monthly duration. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card.
2. Late Fees: A late fee of 5% will be applied to any payments received more than 1 day past the due date.

1. Insurance: Horse owners must provide proof of current and adequate insurance coverage for their horse, including public liability.
2. Identification: All horses must be microchipped 

1. Safety Guidelines: All horse owners and visitors must adhere to the Centre's safety guidelines and instructions from staff.
2. Conduct: Respectful behavior towards staff, other horse owners, and visitors is expected at all times. Any form of harassment or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

1. Access: Owners have access to the Centre's facilities at all times. Owners visiting after 6pm are to send a message advising that they will be entering the property.
2. Maintenance: Owners are responsible for keeping communal areas clean and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

1. Limitation of Liability: Vibes Equestrian Centre will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to horses, owners, or property, except where caused by the Centre's negligence.
2. Indemnity: Horse owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Centre and its staff against any claims arising from their use of the facilities.

By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge understanding and acceptance of the above terms and conditions. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for you and your horse and look forward to a successful partnership.
